REFUND MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) & WARRANTY OVERVIEW

To initiate a warranty return, a Return Authorization form is mandatory.

Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and design flaws. They do not extend to errors in installation, costs associated with installation or labor, downtime of the vehicle, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications not authorized by us, or defects arising from your custom specifications.

AnzoUSA™ products are covered, by a limited one (1) year warranty to be free of manufacturer’s defects, available to the original purchaser upon presenting a proof of purchase. Certain AnzoUSA™ product categories such as full LED headlights have a two (2) year warranty or have warranty policies which differ from this standard. Please ask your Sales Representative or contact our Tech Support ([email protected]) for inquiries on whether your product is within warranty.

For warranty returns, Anzo USA covers shipping costs if the defective product is returned within 30 days after delivery. Beyond this period, you must pay for shipping. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective item, or offer a credit. Should the original product be unavailable, a comparable replacement will be provided.

Warranty claims lacking an RMA request authorized by us will be disregarded and no refund or replacement will be available. No exceptions.

Water leakage under standard use (without modifications) is covered by the warranty. For distinctions between water leak and condensation, please refer here. Warranty does not cover light source modifications (like HID/LED conversion) without adequate weather protection leading to moisture/condensation, or damage from water due to extreme off-road use. Avoid using dielectric or any sealing grease on connectors, as it leads to connection issues and voids the warranty unless directed by the installation guide for your product. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To return products, a Return Authorization from our Customer Service (1-888-360-3696 or [email protected]) is required, along with an RMA number for the return package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refunds or replacements.

Refunds are processed through the original seller for products purchased via authorized distributors/dealers.

Direct exchanges with Anzo USA require proof of purchase.

Purchases made on Anzo USA’s website are backed by a 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, allowing returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is in new condition, with return shipping prepaid by the customer.

If an error on our part occurs (wrong item or quantity sent), request an RMA to return the item within 10 days in its original, unused condition for a free return label from us.

Returns without satisfaction guarantee or warranty can still be made within 30 days, incurring a 15% restocking fee if the product is new and in original packaging, with shipping prepaid by the customer.

Returns shipped back without Refund Merchandise Authorization from Anzo USA will be ignored. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Damage due to poor return packaging will be deemed the customer's responsibility, voiding refunds or replacements.

Defect proof is required for returns. RMA requests without the photos and videos showing the issue will be rejected.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS

Returns must include proof of defect. Clean, odorless items in good condition are eligible for return.
Modified or tampered items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Defective items within warranty may have shipping covered up to 30 days from order date, with proof of defect required via email.
Items returned that do not match the described defect may be refused (e.g., a functioning tail light deemed faulty due to installation errors).

ORDER CANCELLATION

Efforts will be made to cancel orders upon request via phone or email. Cancellations are possible on the same business day of the order; however, next-day cancellations cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs for cancellations after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

Upon inspection, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Credit card refunds appear within 5-7 business days.

WARRANTY

Warranty returns necessitate a Return Authorization form. Warranties apply to design and manufacturing defects and exclude installation errors, wear, natural disasters, misuse, and unauthorized modifications. The 1-year warranty begins at purchase for the original owner with proof of purchase or registration required. Anzo USA covers shipping for returns within 30 days post-delivery; afterwards, shipping must be prepaid by the customer. Our sole remedy includes repair, replacement, or credit for unavailable products with comparable value. Unprocessed claims will result from absent RMA forms.

Water leaks under normal use are covered. Warranty excludes light source modifications without proper protection and water damage from severe off-roading. The use of sealing grease on connectors, leading to connection issues, is not covered. Further explanations are provided through linked resources.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

For repairs/upgrades without proof of purchase, services are available at a reduced price, evaluated case by case. Status updates on warranty claims will be provided after item receipt.

In most cases, the defective product must be returned to Anzo USA before a replacement is dispatched to you. If returning the defective product first is not possible, you will need to authorize a charge on your credit card to have the replacement lights shipped to you. The charge will be refunded once the defective product has been received and inspected.
